Paul Roberts

Paul is a skilled family lawyer having more than 10 years experience. He is a member of the Family Law Sections of the Law Institute of Victoria as well as the Law Council of Australia, and a former Chairperson of the Launceston Community Legal Centre. 

Paul always ensures his clients understand all the options available to them and believes the key to good legal practice is keeping the client well informed, and has undertaken formal and informal training in many facets of business communication and training as a child and family mediator with Relationships Australia.

In addition to Family Law, Paul has substantial experience in the areas of Child Support, gained whilst with the Child Support Agency and Victoria Legal Aid’s Child Support Legal Service and Crimes Family Violence.

He has experience of matters involving serious psychiatric and personality disorders, sexual abuse matters, extreme violence towards both clients and their children, and children with special needs.
